You pay for our services only after you receive an increase in your monthly VA disability benefit. At that time, we will charge 6 months’ worth of the difference in your VA rating.
Calculating our fees
So for example, if your VA rating is currently 10% and you receive $200/month in VA disability and your VA rating increases to 50% at $500/month. We subtract $200 from $500 and multiply by 6, which is $1,800.
You can pay our fee in one lump sum at a 10% discount or across a six-month installment period. You will also be responsible for all fees required for independent medical evaluations, DBQ, or Nexus used to bolster your case.
In special cases, you can also pay over a one-year period. This applies to specific situations, such as in the case of Veterans who are homeless.
NO RISK + NO HIDDEN FEES
In cases previously denied by the VA and 85% for increased VA rating from 0% to 100%.
