PAYMENT POLICY
If you require any more information or have any questions about the Veterans Claims United (VCU) payment policy, please feel free to contact us by email at contact@veteransclaimsunited.com
VCU does not charge up-front or hidden fees. You are charged only once you are rated with the VA (Department of Veterans Affairs) or receive an increase in your monthly VA disability benefit. At that time, the VCU fee will be equal to 6 months’ worth of the difference in your VA monthly benefits.
Once the claim is final, you will be invoiced by VCU. You can pay the VCU fee in one lump sum at a 10% discount or across a six-month installment period. You are also responsible for all fees required for independent medical evaluations, DBQ, or Nexus used to bolster your case.
In special cases, you can also pay over a one-year period. This applies to specific situations, such as in the case of Veterans who are homeless. These special situations are decided on and agreed to prior to assisting you with your VA disability claim.
What payments methods are accepted
VCU currently accepts the following payment methods:
- ACH bank to bank transfer
- Zelle
- Paypal
